This project can convert a Holonet Relay Base Station or Holonet Relay Upgrade Station into a Holonet Relay Duplex Station. A Holonet Relay Duplex station contains the functions of both the Base station and the Relay station, only requiring upkeep if it is not attached to Base Station.
A Holonet Duplex Station still counts as a base station, even if it is not acting in that capacity.
